- 01Upload the documentA PDF or a photo of the pages. Leases, subcontracts, franchise schedules, platform terms and vendor agreements all work.
- 02Read the requirement rows as they appearEach row is one requirement with its limits, endorsements and clause reference. Open the clause to see the exact wording.
- 03Compare with your walletSigned in, each row shows Met, Limit short, Needs endorsement or Not in wallet against your actual policies. Anything unmet becomes a gap on your coverage score and a one-tap quote request.
What it reads
Insurance clauses are scattered through contracts: an insurance article, an indemnification clause that depends on it, and an exhibit with the numbers. The checker reads all of it and returns one row per requirement with the limits in dollars, the endorsements requested, and the clause location so you can find the sentence yourself.
What it compares
With a wallet, each requirement is checked against your in-force policies: the right line of coverage, limits at or above the ask, and the blanket endorsements that provide additional insured, waiver and primary and non-contributory status. Short limits and missing endorsements are called out specifically, because those are the fixes you can actually make.
What it cannot do
It does not negotiate the lease, interpret indemnity language, or decide whether a requirement is reasonable. It tells you what the document asks for and whether your policies meet it, which is the part that used to take an email to the agent and a week.
