- 01Bring your policies hereSnap the declarations page, upload the PDF, or forward the carrier's email to your private docs address. We read the carrier, policy number, limits and dates twice and only confirm a card when both readings agree.
- 02Control them hereEvery policy, document, renewal date and certificate lives in one wallet on your phone and the web. Holders get a live link instead of a stale PDF. You see what is expiring, what is missing, and what a lease or contract actually requires.
- 03Let us match youAsk for quotes in about three minutes. We send one application to every eligible carrier at once, read the replies, check them, and publish a side-by-side comparison against what you have now. Buy the one you want, or keep what you have.
Bring: any policy, from anywhere
Most small businesses hold policies from two or three places: a package policy from one agent, workers' compensation from a payroll company, maybe a cyber policy bought online. Nobody has the whole picture, least of all the owner.
CoverMatch starts by collecting what you already have. Three ways in:
- Scan the declarations page with your phone. The scanner finds the page edges and straightens it.
- Upload the PDF the carrier emailed you.
- Forward the carrier's email to your private
docs+address and the attachments land in your wallet.
Every document is read twice by two independent passes. When both agree on the carrier, policy number, dates and limits, the policy card appears on its own. When they disagree on a small detail, you get a one-tap "does this look right?" card. Only a real conflict on something critical waits for a licensed agent.
Control: the wallet does the remembering
Each card shows the carrier, the line of coverage, the limits that matter and the renewal date, with the original documents attached. Above the cards sits a coverage score: a plain number that drops when something is missing, expiring or short of what a contract asks for, and tells you the top fix.
Live certificates replace the PDF you used to email around. Add a holder, pick the endorsements the contract asks for, and they get a private link that always shows today's coverage. If a policy cancels or renews, the page updates and the holder is told.
Match: carriers compete, you compare
When you want new or better coverage, the quote request takes about three minutes. We pre-fill what the wallet already knows, pick the carriers that write your kind of business in your state, and send one application to all of them at once. Replies are read automatically, checked against what you asked for, and published to your Matches tab side by side with what you have now, line by line.
The recommended pick is chosen by rules you can see: can it be bound directly, how closely do the limits match what you asked for, and only then price. You can buy any published quote, not just the recommended one, and a licensed agent is one tap away at every step.
What stays human
Software finishes the routine work. People handle exceptions: a risk outside appetite, a carrier that only quotes through its own portal, a coverage question, or anyone who simply asks for a person. You always know when you are talking to the AI assistant and can reach a licensed agent in one step.
