Built around three moments
The day you need a certificate. A landlord, a general contractor, a client's vendor portal — someone wants proof of insurance today. Open Certificates, add the holder, tick the endorsements their contract asks for, and send a link. The page they open shows live status, not a PDF from last spring.
The week a renewal lands. The wallet knows the dates. Sixty days out it flags the policy, pre-fills a quote request from what it already knows about your business, and sends it to every eligible carrier at once. Quotes come back into the Matches tab beside what you have now.
The moment something changes. A policy renews, a holder opens their link, a carrier replies, a document is read. Push notifications tell you; the wallet updates itself.
What is on the home screen
- Coverage score with the single most useful next fix.
- Stacked policy cards: tap one to expand limits, documents, renewal date, and the Certificate and Shop renewal buttons.
- Needs attention: expiring policies, gaps against a lease or contract, holders waiting on an endorsement.
- Ask anything: a chat bar for questions about your coverage. It is an AI assistant, it says so, and "agent" gets you a licensed person.
